Kennington Parkrun. Woke up naturally at a ridiculous hour, with DOMS from head to toe (thanks Jools) so, it being Saturday, went to Parkrun. I jogged at a comfortable pace but couldnt pass the Walking DJ, so he was quite noisy. Was pleased to see Maree on voluteer duty.

Orienteering 1:23:00 [3] 6.2 km (13:23 / km)

Bendigo orienteering Pilchers Brige Central. I just walked and, even then, made some errors. I felt quite tired and conceded l probably shouldn't do Parkrun on an orienteering day.

Achieve It group (Ybells). I got up at a ridiculous hour to attend Julie's 6am session. It was my first attempt at this and l enjoyed it, despite a weak core and tender coccyx from my weekend's fall. Nice coffee with Julie afterwards.

Benalla lake under a foreboding sky between heavy showers. There were lots of puddles and muddy patches. Tried as hard as l could but same km rate as yesterday :(

Benalla lake. Making an attempt to get my life back post working, post sickness and post reality check at Falls Creek. Super slow but l didn't stop.
