Mullaghmeen league event.
Brown course, length 9.2km
Push pretty hard today and only got 6 hours sleep last night, it was my uncles 50th last night. The course wasn't to technical and didn't really make any mistakes except for the last control and at this point i was phyically drained so was slow into the finish.

Did a recce of avonbeg circuit with Kev O'Riordan and a couple of other guys. We headed up to Clohernagh which the part with the most climb, the rest of the way wasn't as steep. From there we went to Lugnaquillia the highest mountain in leinster 925m, which was a nice easy run all the way with a track and no vegetation, and the view petty good. Then down Camenabologue, and after this the terrain got pretty rough going through bogs and turf banks, thankfully the nice weather dryed the land and then up Conavalla. Once we got to Lugduff the running condition improved and a horrible steep slog up Mullacor, my legs where nearly gone at this point. Down hill all the way from here on in, down Ballinafunshoge carpark and the up the road to the cars.
