Note

Kävin talenttileirillä kääntymässä ja samalla Tonderilla teettämässä jonkin asteista lihastasapaino kartotusta... Tuomio: Selän alimmat nikamat jäykät -> pitää kiinnittää enemmän huomiota selän ja lantion huoltoon, vaikuttaa muuten pakaran ja muutenkin jalkojen toimintaan. Sen lisäksi, että vasen jalkaterä on murtumut niin se no myös täysi lahna -> Vaatinee tukipohjalliset vaikka kuinka jumppaisi

Note

So it will be some watersport for me, stress fracture in my left foot... Mjösund (doctor) recomended walking sticks for two weeks and only water sports and strength training for same time. Next time running propaply in 6-8weeks
Good things: It happenned now not in the spring and from hardships you can learn the best
