SOW sprint, great feeling physically, but head was tired, just couldn't concentrate enough (not enough sleep could be one reason). Made one big (10-15s) and two huge mistakes (20-30s maybe, no clue), just didn't do enough orienteering work. Also lot work with my head and technique, especially in sprint, but I think that sprints show also that attitude to make clean performances isn't rigth (conentrating too much for fast pace not clean run)... Also have to work with map reading and looking the routechoises more carefully. Orienteering work should get much more calm!!!
