1st massage therapy session in a long time......ouch......my right side is tighter than my left and both are full of knots....she did great and made me cry trying to work them out, back again next week.

*walked 1 lap after KM 3, jogged one lap after KM 4 and then walked one lap
*one lap = 200m

feet feel fine, going to take it easy with max 4km this week and maybe increase to 5km next week.
