Running - easy hills 48:00 [3]

in Maybeck again. hip felt the best since Euromeeting, if i'd known i'd be fine for reps i would have trained easier this morning! so i got tired quite quick but the beginnings of a proper hills training, something to build on. 3x loooooong hill, not v fast, then 4x1min or something hill, faster. then run about to find mum, who had the car keys (also hilly, no flat places here)
