Possibly a couple of days late, but anyway now have three days just resting and recovering and see about the feeling after that. It's a bit strange to have a block of hard training and not know what it's for, I think it's contributed to extra fatigue in the last week. But now there are some small races on the horizon and a chance to shape training with a bit more purpose.
