Course of the week, Kråkeröy. took a middle distance option by cutting a bit, still had to split into intervals to stop it getting too ploddy at the end. got a free rest at the road crossing, was busy. quite clean with a few hesitations before the last few, where i was pretty tired and lost it towards 16, then found it difficult in the tiny details in the ones after.

played by latest isom rules where cultivated land is okay but felt a bit bad about it now that the fields are actually in operation for spring. saw quite a few others out on the course, the most sociable thing ive done since getting the tyres changed a few weeks ago haha https://events.loggator.com/uke18

Middle course at våler varde. Good apart from two places where i could open up and run for a bit but then didn't slow down or want to stop and check, when it was important. Just need to give myself more time.

3x7/1, ended up as borredalen rundt. Felt okay, strong, but legs just won't produce higher speeds (uploaded gps to check how it turned out). Maybe a bit from missing work with proper gym equipment, or a bit of edge knocked off from the morning.

Finally made it to arvolltangen for interval training. Nothing out but was okay to be quite controlled, feeling a bit tired. Concentration fell apart a bit at the end, good in the beginning.
