Note

Some alternating minor sore feet on/off for the past 2 months is settling on left foot fine, right foot appearing to have plantar fascitis - but with more generalized soreness than the traditional heel point.

I just ordered a night splint (which fix this for me ~20 years ago), am continuing some bottle-rolling massage and Salon Pas taping, and will

run lighter for a bit, with some figure 8's

add some strength:

Bottle/roller roll - 5x slow, R/L/R
Heel raise strength stretch on stair (both)
Ankle inversion strength (band or drag toes across floor for resistance) (RLR)
Towel scrunches (virtual on carpet, or real tbd)
Toe pull stretch (RLR)
Wall calf stretch (RLR)
