Christmas Camp Champs.

Terrible navigation, 25-30 minutes on a 5 minute control (managed to get into an unmapped area of the map) and a few other stupid blunders.

An easy course around Bicentennial Park, West Pymble. One bad route choice, but didn't make a mistake along the way.

I was feeling pretty bad for some of the intervals, particularly towards the end of the middle set. I also ran one of my slowest of the long loops at hardest pace (2:39).

Much better than on Monday. I could actually play with my right hand, although it wasn't ideal as the covering kept coming off and I wasn't willing to play without a covering on the wound. I felt like I was playing good shots, althoug h I felt a little bit lazy.

Played for a bit with my right hand, but the wound began to bleed a little, so left the playing to others nd then played with my left hand a the end of the session. A;though still managed to get up a little sweat.

May or may not play on Wednesday, depending on the progress of the wound.

Managed to put a tin can lid almost a centimetre into my hand last night. It was a very straight and neat cut, without any dirt, parallel to the fibres of muscle so no major damage, but still quite painful and required 5 stitches. Planned to go for a run tis morning, but, obviously, that didn't happen.

Managed to MP by punching a control on the track that was too early (but hten ran past the correct control :( ). I think I misread the map, thinking that I was going to a junction rather than just a section of the path. Otherwise, a pretty easy course (designed for beginners) with a pretty good run.

Got a bit lost so took a bit longer than expected, but was a nice ride.

Started off with a small mistake, but didn't get too distracted. The rest of the course was very physical, with lots of steep stairs.

A relatively easy session on a shorter loop than normal. Also did a normal long loop at hard pace, managed to beat previous time by 6 seconds. Current record: 2:23.
