Took it pretty easy because of my leg, which was ok, but I could still feel it a bit. Did a 3 slow loops after the 3 sets to warm down.

Noticed during the day that my leg was being difficult and becoming extremely weak and a bit painful when I put pressure on it in the wrong position.

A couple of course on Gumble Pinnacles. Started off a little chilly, and then started raining quite heavily while running the first course. Rained variably for the rest of the day. Got quite cold, but was able to warm up in the car later after a Hot chocolate and some food.

The estimate was that we would run 20km actual distance, but the straight line distance was 15.8. A bad route choice to the first control and a few hesitations. Other than that, pretty smooth and clean. Managed to get blisters towards the end that lost me a minute or two.
