Christmas Camp Champs.

Terrible navigation, 25-30 minutes on a 5 minute control (managed to get into an unmapped area of the map) and a few other stupid blunders.

Feeling much better than I have for a few weeks. I think that my heart rate monitor was preventing my chest from expanding as much and so disrupted my breathing pattern.
