Arrived late, so had to belt the 2km from car park to assembly as my warm up. Not fun, but ideal I suppose, did some stretches in the box.

Orienteering race 21:00 [5] 2.4 mi (8:45 / mi)

couple of wee mistakes nothing major, brought the team home in 2nd place behind Katherine Hall's Dad, so was well pelased with that, and think I was 4th or 5th on the course (:

Jogged to start, jogged about and did dynamic stretching with Katherine and Miranda.

The course felt awfully long and really showed that I have to do more training, started to lose it after about 16 controls and got put off by others after road crossing control, not brilliant, but not totally crap, just need to work on my focus, and try not to get into oxygen debt. Was in top 15.
