So this training was good work on follow for me. I ran a m15-16 course and just went through the steps. I ignored most of the trails. This was a great practice and defiantly boosted my confidence.
Corridor-o's oh how you and I don't get along. Tonight was as I said a corridor practice, finding long handrails and not leaving them 45 degrees off. It wasn't that bad but I was completely smooth and confidante.
Defiantly didn't have a good start to the race. I had to relocate for the first control and was a little off for the second control. The third control I went out of #2 90 degrees off so that cost me. After those bobbles I slowed down and didn't have any problems.
