I did 10 minutes on the spinning bike, 20 minutes of walking and running on the track, 20 on stair master, 30 minutes on the bike. The rest of the time on core and arm muscles and legs muscles

It was hard some run but a lot of shooting and defending and some attacking. My ankle was good had it tapped tonight.

We did a course inside the mulitplex. My ankle was a little sore. Map reading was easy. After we looked at the old saskatchwan sass peepre relay map and discussed route choice and atack points. I didnt tape my anlke .

So it was pretty easy this morning. I was still a little sore from the weekend. My ankle only hurt from the brusies on it none of the muscle really hurt.
