Had a nice super slow recovery run after yesterdays ski. It's a weird feeling running but having absolutely no energy to push the speed just a little, instead just make sure one foot is going in front of the other.

Turns out it is not the best idea to ski 50km when you are feeling sick and worn out. I thought I could go out and just enjoy a nice long ski, well I was wrong. This has a constant mental and physical battle of should I continue or drop out.
