SG1 and Elementary Backstroke, which I'm a boss at, should be an easy 10 pts next class.
Mostly Practiced Freestyle. Got comfortable with breathing; finally figured out the exhale under water so you can just inhale when you break the surface...much smoother. Big issue still is that I'm not coordinated at all; my kick isnt consistent. Got me swimming 50's no problem though (every 90 seconds)... also did a few laps alternating Freestyle and a rest stroke.
Did some refining of Elementary Backstroke and Breast Stroke.
Practiced Survival Float too.
