Circuts/Intervals 12:00  1.0 mi (12:00 / mi)
Basically i workout in the mornings for the most part, because i live in Tx (houston) it is flatter than a pancake. I do a warm up or a mile and then i do a set of bleachers. I run down back to the track and do intervals (walk 100m/jog 100m/ sprint 100m/ jog 100m) and i did that for another mile. and finally i jogged back to rotc for my cool down run and is about 500m.
