Running 26:52 [3]
shoes: Brooks Cascadias

Trail run at Route 6 Circle.

No idea how far I went but this does not include any time spent walking or standing around- which we did a great deal of.

Core 9:00 [5]

Orienteering 1:01:39 [5] *** 5.2 km (11:51 / km)
21c shoes: Brooks Cascadias

Went ahead and decided to tough the course out and to my pleasant surprise was not bothered too much by my knee. Errors to point 1,5 and 13 really cost me. Otherwise ran fine.

Orienteering race 1:09:46 [0] * 3.2 km (21:48 / km)
7c shoes: Brooks Cascadias

Knee killed me the day before so forced myself to pass on the Ultra-Long Blue and just walked the brown classic. Nature walk!

Orienteering race 59:11 [5] ** 5.5 km (10:46 / km)
18c shoes: Jalas O-Shoes

My first blue course. Ran more like a sprint and minus noticeable errors on three controls I'm pleased with how I ran.

Note
(rest day)

Still was a little under the weather so took another day off after the team photo. Still, I feel better now so tomorrow I think I'll be good to go.

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Woke up this morning with a terrible cold. Pretty absurd given that IT'S ALMOST APRIL.

Also, had the AFAST today after school ended so decided to make it a rest day. AFAST wasn't too bad. It's easy to see how people could botch it though. We'll see how I did at some point.
