Fast walk (for me), then 4x 20 paces (80) at a quickish pace (for me). Wanted to experiment with clothing (wore loose O pants, windbreaker & regular fleece gloves). Much better than yesterday, but much less windy. Wanted to see what 4x strides looked like on the screen. Conclusion: I really need to learn to walk much faster - can't get much faster than 15:30's - on concrete? Go Eagles!
