Super mellow pace but great company. I ran with Thom from work, he told me he used to weigh 300 lb.!!! Amazing that someone can recover from that. Kudos to him.

Coming down from Snow Lake was a ZOO. I have never seen that many people on this trail.

Long Beach beach run

Insane rain and wind! It was all I could do to maintain 10:00 pace into the wind (20-25 mph sustained) and then on the way home it was like there was a hand on my back pushing me.

Too bad my hip blew sky high on the way back and I had to walk frequently.

Still, this was a blast! I never got cold, it must have been about 60 degrees out.
