Cardio (Elliptical Trainer) 29:00 [2]
slept:7.0 (injured)

Just some active recovery. For a change it felt good/just like what active recovery should feel like. 29 minutes in my workout got interrupted by the fire alarm and everyone had to clear out of the gym. Oh well.
10 AM

Cardio (Dance) 1:00:00 [3]
(injured)

BaDi dance class with Shelley. The instructor is fantastic but I am SO bad at following along. :( STill, good times.

Strengthening 1:10:00 [3]
slept:5.0 weight:180lbs (injured)

The usual legs, rehab, push-ups and core.

I almost called it quits about 15 min in but kept setting myself goals of just 5 more min and then suddenly I was almost done. Whew.

Of course I did not get enough sleep last night... thank god no alarm will be set tomorrow.

Howe Street stairs

I think my GPS/heart rate strap are messed up... it keeps registering a super high heart rate before it settles down to realistic data.

Did I mention I am not getting enough sleep? This has got to stop soon or I won't be able to exercise at all, I am already dragging big time.

Rode from home to Fleet Feet for the SRC board meeting and then home. Climbing up Capitol Hill after work was slow but riding home in the dark after the meeting was a blast and I felt fine.

WHY DON'T I GET ENOUGH SLEEP...?! It's getting old.

My legs felt sorta heavy but I got going although this was hard I was thrilled to be able to FINALLY alternate walking flights with running flights. And when I say 'running' I of course mean jogging and one step at a time. But hey, progress!

Stupid ankle.

Elliptical trainer at the IMA

I am TIRED today... as in sleepy tired. Could not get myself to the gym this AM, it was a huge effort to get to the IMA at lunch and I could have taken a nap on the bus ride home. Dang.
