Still not getting enough sleep! Even though I turned off my alarm. :(

Started out sorta slow and tentative but managed to twist the throttle some and finished strong. I lapped this group of four guys FOUR times. My tiny victory for the day.

I LOVE my new shoes. So comfy and light and I think they have enough support for a road run for me.

That means lots of hopping up onto and off of steps. In all kinds of directions. Always off of and onto one foot. Repeat.

Just walking today, I was sleepy. Interestingly my pace was not much below when I feel peppy.

Dialed it up to 7:24 and just kept it there. I was feeling fine at 20 minutes so went for 25... Danger Will Robinson. At least my ankle was fine and is still fine as I am typing this.

I can tell that my running fitness is sucking because this level of effort was not as easy as it used to be. It wasn't 'hard' but I was breathing pretty good.

I did not feel tip top and had slightly heavy legs at the start but still managed a PR by almost one minute. My ankle felt fine and I also averaged 91 rpm which is not easy for me to do.

Started somewhat slow w/heavy legs from yesterday but picked it up as I warmed up and then stayed steady to the end. Glad I came out for this.

I can't WAIT until I can replace this concrete hill with a dirt hill...
