My cold keeps getting less and less bad, yeah!

My knee on the other hand keeps getting worse and worse. Just walking on the FLAT ground hurt today and going down the stairs so I could go to the gym was an arduous process.

Still a little under the weather health wise, that last runner made me feel like I was breathing through a tiny McDonald's stirring straw...

And surprise surprise, my left knee is still fucked up. I felt it twinge some but then it got slightly better so I finished the workout. During the course of the day it just kept getting worse and walking home was not fun.

I am just now starting to feel better by my throat is still fairly sore and my tonsils are HUGE.

This cold just is not going away. My throat is still very sore and it's tough to swallow even liquids without some kind of medicine/pain killer.
