SRC Cougar Mt Trail Work Party

This was super fun, very well organized and we had an awesome lunch after but my right calf is still miserable and I decided to pull the plug on the Beacon Rock 50k tomorrow. It just does not make sense to drive and then DNF.

If anyone runs the Cougar 10/12/14 in the next few weeks, you are welcome.

Fleet Feet run

This was my fastest time in quite a while... I started a bit quicker and held on pretty well. I actually stayed with the front group until the start of the dirt climb. I wasn't able to closed the last mile as well as I would have liked but otherwise pretty good.

Unfortunately I also messed up my right calf. This has actually been kind of nagging me for three weeks or so and today really flared it up.
