Tiger Mt loop with Bill Huggins

The goal was to run the 12 Peaks route but I was not feeling it so had to beg Bill to cut it short. We headed back after peak #6 and Bill took me up the Hidden Forest trail. It's STEEP. We also found a new (to me) water fall and mine shaft - pretty cool. Then we ran the Tiger Mt Trail back.

Pulling the plug was the smart choice today - I was dragging. Still, a perfect day for a run and Bill is awesome company. I felt bad that I was the anchor on his racing skiff today.

Lake Union lunch run

Oh man, my right calf was giving me grief today. I kind of hobbled along for a bit and ti s l o w l y got better but never good. I was able to pick it up the last .75 miles or so.

Still, a super afternoon, not scalding hot for a change so I wore a sleeveless shirt. That was also a change from my no shirt routine of late.

After my run I weighed myself again and I was 186 lb.

Fleet Feet run

One of my faster Tuesday runs. I started a little quicker than usual, faded a bit on the Interlaken hill (but did not walk) and then managed to pick it back up some the last mile. My hill fitness is not quite there.
