SRC XC workout

The program called for 4-6 x 1200 m, I did one that felt sort of okay and then my left hip really acted up on the second and when I started my third I pulled the plug and just tried to jog for a bit, Even that got too painful after a while so I quit and went to Flying Lion Brewing for a beer.

Fleet Feet run

First time doing the winter route this fall, looks like it is a hair shorter than the summer route.

We started out kind of quick (for me) and I kept on pushing to the end. My left hip did not feel very good at the start and I felt generally stiff but I loosened up a hair. Not as much as I was hoping.

I finished with the front group today. They dropped me on the hill and then I caught them in the last mile. It was hard and they were not going fast.
