UW lunch run

Headed our for my usual, flat 5. It was slow getting going but then I warmed up and felt better. About .5 miles from the finish I looked at my watch and saw I was going to fast so backed off a bit.

Once my heart rate monitor calmed down I was solidly between 130-135, right where I want to be.
