Roslyn Ramble

Joined this annual ride from North Bend to Roslyn (except this year we went to Cle Elum) where we stopped for lunch and then rode home. It was all on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and the Jon Wayne Trail. A bit of a slog but great company and epic weather.

Lake Union lunch run

Snoqualmie Mountain circumnavigation

Did this run a couple of weekends ago with Aaron and bagged it again today with Michael and Simeon. Went a little faster this time (including a quick dip in Snow Lake!) and felt good enough to rip the last descent.

That descent down to the Middle Fork is unfucking believable. So much fun. And the swim, so refreshing. This is what summer is all about.

My body is starting to get stronger and more durable for sure, I am finally feeling like a runner again.
