Two whole miles baby! I was super tired this morning but moving felt better and better and I was really flowing the last couple of flights.

Of course my heart rate is messed up, my actual max was 161.

Fleet Feet run

Boy, I mostly fell apart on this run.
- started super slow/tired
- my left hip flared up right from the beginning
My hip felt _slightly_ better as I ran but in retrospect I probably should have bailed on this. I just didn't want to walk back up from the Arboretum. :(

Darn it, I thought I was mostly healed up.
