2 mile time trial, then busted out the ol P90 for some chest and back. Whoa, not sure what got into me.

running (shevlin loop +) 1:20:00 [3] 8.0 mi (10:00 / mi) +500ft 9:26 / mi

outer loop with extension.
7 PM

Hill Work (pilot butte) 45:00 [3] 4.0 mi (11:15 / mi) +800ft 9:28 / mi
shoes: Phat Boy Hoka

had to top off the shevlin run with a double scoop of P-butte vanilla caramel! 1st time ever, ran the full trail to the top on round 1!!!! Olympic 10k meter race in mind.

shevlin proper up mrazek across out fs road toward power lines, back on shevlin commons side to foot bridge. BONUS last 2 miles were under 15 minutes! Could hear rocky theme song 'getting stronger' in pounding in my eardrums.

up farewell, got happy, bridge creek trail, up s. fork, swampy shelter, swede shelter, skyliner, creek trail. Got a good push up the hills from SP, ran out of water about swede shelter, pulled through with a power hike for the 7 miles back to the falls. Great to see LK out there to cheer each other on!
