All that speed must have killed my bones. Took an acupuncture session Friday to treat some sore shins and no running for fri and sat. Just bouldering today with Oliver and going big tomorrow on gbutte.

Track 400m repeats. Goal was x12ea @ 2:10 speed / 3:00+ rest - I was able to step that up a bit to hit overall average of 1:55 speed / 2:45 rest topping out the speed charts on lap 19 with a 1:40.
