Hike up Piper and back down via the Red Trail. Got close to a gallon of blueberries.
Heel bothering me quite a bit - could feel it in both legs as I adjusted foot strike and gait to avoid painful movements of right ankle / heel.

Trail run at Chemung - Heel was off and on - think I set things back a bit with the run. Favoring that side, I can feel my gait being all out of whack.
