At Gunstock, light drizzle increasing to steady rain.

Cobble Mtn, Rock Loop, to s end trails, back aloing the high trail, cutover (kinda muddy) back to Cobble and back.

Went past a group on horseback, and later a group hiking - heading to Round Pond?

Not a lot of zip, but kept up a steady pace for the most part.

mid 70s, a bit humid.

Feeling inspired by the tales of derring-do out in Wyoming and Colorado, I opt to once again start the (long) journey back to getting my self in some semblance of reasonable shape.

4 mile loop from the hotel.

Minor twinges just below my right knee cap, seems to go away once I get a bit warmed up. Not much speed, but I keep plugging along.

At Saltmarsh Pond with Tim. Nice evening - not much breeze, no bugs.

Lots of minnows darting around and jumping out of the water all around us - pretty cool.

slow jog or walk in between
At Ahern bike trails over by the industrial park section - lots of twisting and turning

Warm up & cool down and just going some places I haven't been in a while.

Cool enough that I'm not overly tempted to stop for a quick dip before heading back to the car.
