Walking 35:00 [1] 2.5 km (14:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Assail Trail

Just out stretching my legs to make sure they still worked. Not too bad after yesterday's excursion.

A lot of time doing odds and ends around the house and yard.

Hiking long 6:00:00 intensity: (4:00:00 @1) + (2:00:00 @2) ** 12.5 mi (28:48 / mi) +900m 23:32 / mi
shoes: Merrell Radius Hikers

Hike with Jon, the Tripyramid loop. Up Greeley Pind Trail, Flume, Old Skidder, down the Livermore, up Scaur Ridge, Pine Bend Brook to the N peak. Then the Tripyramid Loop Trail back to the Livermore Trail and back to the parking lot.
Cool and increasing breeze throughout the day with partly to mostly cloudy conditions. Very few bugs. Lots of moose signs, but no moose sightings.
Ran into snow the last part coming up to the top of the N peak - up to waist deep in some places, although we were only occasionally punching through up to our knees. Some tough climbs. Limited views on top.

Not a lot of folks on the trails.

Run hills (trails) 55:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:53 / km)
shoes: Asics Orange Trail 08

Trail run at Gunstock. They're cutting some new stuff.

First indication was when I was heading S on the E side of the Cobble loop. Looked like a tree was down, blocking most of the trail. Cut into the woods to go around it and realized it was 3-4 trees laid down side to side, and then 100m later there was another bunch. Looks like some trail widening and cutting some new sections. A bit early to determine what hte new trail layout will look like - will be back several times over the summer to watch it progress.
