Kayaking 1:00:00 intensity: (45:00 @1) + (15:00 @2)

From Ahern beach, straight across, turned left, down a bit, back across.
Quite a lot of traffic on the water - beautiful day.

Was paddling pretty much all the time, working it hard maybe 25% of the time.

Run 14:18 intensity: (19 @0) + (43 @1) + (5:39 @2) + (7:08 @3) + (29 @4) 2.16 km (6:36 / km) +44m 6:00 / km

Quick loop around Ahern with Tim & Annie, folllowed by a quick dip.

Walk towarmup, then some stretching, then off we went, right up the hill. Sounded like an old man very quickly.

Short run at Ahern. THought I had satellite lock when i pushed start, oh well.

Kept it short - had dropped Beth off to watch some of the kids' soccer practice at Ryan's insistence and didn't want to leave her stranded.

Run hills 1:04:00 [3]
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212s

Garmin crapped out partway up Mt Rowe - should have charged it after yesterday's Pawtuckaway excursion.
From the Mt Rowe entrance, up the main trail on the far right, along the ridge then right option to the downhill slope. TUrned around, back along the "hiking/snowshoe" trail, then down the gravel road from the tower.

Put in the Dr Scholl heel pads, which seemed to do the trick on tyhe heel spur. Was striking forefoot most of the way, but no significant twinges.
THink I'll call it cured, and see how it goes.
