shoes: Salomon Goretex hikers

With Jon and the kids - from the XC Center up to the top of Cobble, with some exploring along the way, then back down and checked out the newly finished trail paralleling the sketchy part of the Cobble loop beside the road that gets icy, windblown and gritty.

Did both splits on the N end coming from Longbow and Crossbow, but only the lower part further S - comes out just above the final steep section near the bottom of the Cobble S curve hill.

Easy trail run at Chemung - Hamlin-Eames trails.
Saw 1 hunter, 1 dog and 1 dog-walker, Not a lot of energy - glad I didn't go south for the QOC Night-O and Long Champs

Trails at Hamlin-Eames in Chemung. Some fartlek / hill work on the smaller loop which I did twice.
Nice and cool - had gloves with me - should have worn them.
