Orienteering race 1:11:26 intensity: (2:55 @0) + (17:56 @1) + (40:13 @2) + (10:22 @3) 5.2 km (13:44 / km) +74m 12:50 / km

Green course by Paul Regan at Pawtuckaway - noce course, no oomph on my part.
Started slow and got slower. Only aimless meandering on the way from 8 to 9, might have been better going left instead of right of the hill, or not been so lazy that I kept drifting downhill. Interesting recovery, a few unmapped boulders, then the "no way I could have come this far", then "well head back that way and see if it makes sense". I headed, it made sense, found the control, on to the next.
Hot and humid, mosquitoes glad to see me. Layer of bug spray lasted the whole course, so not much blood loss.

Uninspired run at Gunstock. Slogged along, checked out the condition of the ski trails. Easy to see which are used for the Segway tours.
Finished up and over Cobble from S to N. Felt good coming down hill.

Kayaking 1:30:00 [1]

Water St ramp out onto Winnisquam. Hugged the left shore most of the way to the Mosquito Bridge, then back further from shore. Tail wind on the way back.
