Hour Fartlek on lanes around Cam Long Down/Peak.

Flat half mile, 4-5 hills and a fast(ish) downhill mile - which happened to be into wind mostly.

Felt rubbish yesterday (run down, tired, bit of a sore throat) so didn't get out and wasn't sure what to do today, so did something totally different, which I actually enjoyed.
