Great run at Clinton Lake. Deer flies were terrible. Mosquitoes too. Huarache's tightened when wet. Hurt a lot at times. Other times, they felt great and I was light on the feet. Nice open wound at knot. In between toes hurt on downhills. Trekking poles were great. Helped a lot. Sprinted last 200 yards.
