Run 400m, 10 squats, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 5 pull-ups

Work on handstand push ups.

5 rounds of:
6 Handstand push-ups (partial)
12 Chest-to-bar pull-ups (assisted - blue band)
24 35 pound dumbbell squats (knee is sill a bit sore)

Orienteering race 1:15:00 [3]

Boulder Dash - day 2: Epic failure. I decided I would try to run a bit this time. Big mistake. I got lost on the way to check point 1. Relocated to a trail about 250 meters away. I decided to try to use check point 2 as an attack point. Found check point 2, then found check point 1. Got lost again trying to get back to check point 2 (which I had just left). Relocated back to the trail. By this point I had burned about 50 minutes. I decided just to call it a day - I got lost again trying to work my way back to the start. Very, very bad outing.
