Strength 15:00 [2]

20 eccentrics each leg
Star squats
4 sets of 5 chin up 1pull up (-20kg)

Note

Maybe doing something similar this would be fun to try if I felt like wrecking myself for no reason.

you might think it's a dumb session to do but I think it's an excellent psychological thing to do. Then every strength thereafter you can think back and be like "I might be hurting but it's nothing compared to that day"

Note
slept:8.0

Monday: climbing
Tuesday: maybe Intervals but I might wait til I get insoles to do these on the track. Might do them on the cross trainer upstairs again (torture)
Wednesday: Long run, Howth this week. Recce :P
Thursday: Going to go get my insoles so Cycling to Tallaght
Friday: rest
Saturday: night-o pm. Am considering doing a park run. Maybe that's too much but I think it's supposed to be a hard week and my legs are feeling decent.
Sunday: Howth IMRA.

Orienteering 1:21:05 [3] 7.27 km (11:09 / km) +77m 10:36 / km

Orienteering around Comer. Lovely day and roar shadowed me and gave me some terrain tips. Really found this training helpful because I do struggle with steep downhills and maintaining effort through tough terrain.
