This includes the warm up. Nice course. Shorts were too big and kept riding up. Lots of chafing so won't wear them running again.

made a few mistakes but in general pretty clean.

Eccentrics with bent knee. Might need to progress these more than I've been doing. So lazy.

Got home late but I said I should get myself out because I was feeling pretty non injured/sick so I should make the most of it. Was aiming for an hour but ended up slightly less than that.

Went out to the magazine, up the Kyber and out around the Áras and down behind the Zoo. Feeling slightly uncomfortable due to lack of running in the past few days and my insole was in a bit wrong so the side of it was rubbing. I've got a bit of a blister now but it's not too bad.

Was starving due to the last two days without sugar. I've assessed that it makes up around 40/50% of my calorie intake. Will have to buy some cheese and nuts.... Don't want to be wasting away.....
