My garmin has just gone mental so I had to restore factory settings. Hopefully i'll be able to get it to sync for tomorrows but todays run is in the wind. As a consequence climb is a guess. Actual course distance was 4

Warm down with Hilda. This was really nice and I spoke mostly swedish (give a take a few words) go me! It does help that Hilda is a pretty clear speaker :)
