Nice run up to tunåsen with a bit of.... Backlek? Had a chest problem after about 30 minutes but coughed it up and it was fine then. AVG HR of 164 with hills included is not usual for me so maybe I've become limited by my legs and not my chest now. Interesting.

Test running the h16 course for this weekends race. Gorgeous terrain. Would be up for ruining here again :) felt pretty good after i got into it. Nice to have actual features to read in Upplands. Rarely happens!

Really nice climbing session today. They had reset some of the walls and i managed to get two reds and was last move on another red and a black. Need more power endurance

Note

Two weeks to Irish champs. So excited to see everyone again! Two week plan of action.

Tuesday: leg loosener/climbing
Wed: Interval session
Thurs: Uppsala möte provlöpning. Might do an open course on the weekend
Fri: easy run/nothing
Sat: longish run. Circa 75 mins
Sun: map Simplification training perhaps at uppsala möte.

Mon: Gympa
Tue: half session hills. Long warm down.
Wed: Nothing
Thurs: Travelling to Ireland perhaps a nice jog in the morrow
Fri: BOOJUM!!! maybe a little run to stop the legs from stagnating
Sat: Irish Champs Middle
Sun: Irish Champs Long

Kalmårdskavlen. No garmin so course distance. Started ok but then made a large mistake on number 5 and was ok then until after 10 when I just ran out of steam and made mistakes on 11,12,13,15. Felt ok though and probably would have been better on a shorter leg. Enjoyed it all the same. Good practice.
