Ran the combined "course 2+3" at the Sammamish Kelsey Creek meet. It was really easy terrain and there weren't really any route choices, so it was pretty much run the entire thing as fast as possible. I had to slow down more than I would've liked, but I'm not in great shape yet so that's not too surprising. I only rested for ~2 minutes in between courses, I could've rested more if I had wanted a better time but it wasn't an important meet or anything, so I figured I'd just get over with it and get a good workout in.
