disappointing. an uncomfortable run, felt tense and tight throughout and nauseous for last 4kms. consequently i was two minutes slower at least on expected time and on four minutes slower than when i recce'd the course.
possibly not enough active recovery from yesterdays parkrun and inactive afternoon, maybe too much heat and sunshine and long work shifts on Wed, Thu & Fri. Also, just simply not enough time on the hills this year
