Rode in to meet brownie at the church at 7.45 then out to Bridgenorth, exeter, along main road to Batman bridge, had a piss stop, met tommy S and Sam Mc on the bridge road and rode with them for the rest back up over bradys lookout and into town for a warm up coffee and muffin then home. All pretty solid pace which was good had a few cracks on some hills on Bridgenorth and Bradys. Bike is working well with new ultegra rd and dura ace chain plus when swapping to little chainring it doesn't fall of which always helps!

Campbell town to Bicheno roadie race. Put myself in C grade and went alright finishing a minute or so down on the main group(a and B graders). Probably could have kept with them as I was in a pretty shit possie when they came past just before cherry tree hill and a few people in front of me got dropped therfore so did I. Think I won some money for 3rd in C grade KOM but didn't get a place as there was a few C's in the main bunch. Good training at red hot intensity as I did a fair chink of work on the front. Was climbing well and really enjoyed the race!

after 2 minutes riding with the 6 bunch I totalled my rear derailler, chain, hanger and broke a spoke after the chain skipped and slammed into hte spokes. Not bloody happy.

Instead did a trainer sesh in teh garage when I got home from school on my mtb did 6x5 mins efforts with 5 mins recovery with good warm up and down.

First MTB for a while on the slightly wet trails of Kate Reed due to some heavy rain last night. Bike wasn't quite working properly, my forks seemed to bottom out after about 40mm and wouldn't go down any further which made the ride rather uncomfortable compared to the usual 80mm suspension. Good ride otherwise and tried to really rail the corners and ride with a good technique and body position. Moderate pace but it got a bit dark and ay ups mounted on bars was a bit hard to see twisty trails, really need them on my helmet for mtb.

extremely cold but pretty good bunch ride at 6 followed by some extras with clem but had to get to school so not too much more. One the way back this truck let us sit on him for about 10-15 mins at about 45-50km/h and it was totally sweet, he even pointed out cars and stuff with his indicators! must have been a truckie cyclist!?
