Started at a faster pace, and higher incline, so i got tired very quickly and almost couldn't finish one mile. so i slowed down 10 minutes in and jogged the rest.
i always follow up with stomach crunches, the plank, trikonasana, leg lifts, back bends, split, warrior, and push ups.
