NSM, Humid, Lung Matrix, Jog (5:00), Pyramid: 3 x 10 Pups, 20 Box Jumps 20", 30 Goblet Squats (25#), 40 Burpess, 50 KB Swings (25#), 800m Run. This was a brutal workout. Would like to get to 5 reps sometime.
